I will be part of the Trainer Team for this 9-day immersive, in-person Nonviolent Communication retreat. We expect a group of approximately 70 to 80 people from different countries, cultural backgrounds, professions and walks of life.

Ruby Retreat, Ruby Bay

Ruby Retreat is for those wanting freedom from addiction. Respecting that substance use disorders can range in severity and substance, our programme is broadly therapeutic and we think beneficial to all that may attend. This non-residential programme consists of a variety of different sessions/therapies aimed to impart tools for relapse prevention. We want everyone to be heard and accepted just as they are so they can grow into the true expression of themselves. It is our understanding that most addictive patterns stem from trauma. Acknowledging this, we aim to create a safe space to uncover blocks that could impede recovery.

What People Say

“I enjoyed Irma’s clarity and pacing, whilst attending her NVC workshop. I was struck by how thoroughly she embodied effective, compassionate communication.

I also  experienced Irma’s capacity as a mediator in relation to a group we are both part of. I was touched by her skill, but also by the commitment of time and energy she made to the process. It enabled the parties involved to both make a shift and remain part of the group.

I strongly recommend her as a trainer, mediator, and coach. In my experience she brings heart, depth and skill to all areas of her work.”
